KSI Construction specializes in... agricultural, commercial, and residential construction in local and surrounding counties, including concrete, metal, and wood-frame building erection. We offer equipment rentals to other local contractors, including (but not limited to) three cranes, a quad-axle dump truck, and a concrete conveyor.
We are always looking to grow and expand our crews and will be sure to find a spot for the right fit! We will assist you in getting your CDL and offer on the job training for running a concrete conveyor, quad-axle dump truck, operating a total station laser system, Somero Screed and other large equipment to ensure that our crews are getting opportunities to advance and learn additional skills.

KSI Construction is a growing company, and we need to expand our team! We're looking for hard-working, dependable people to join our crews. Our crew members enjoy full-time, year-round work, with competitive pay, in a family-friendly company. We typically work within an hour of our shop in Plymouth, Wisconsin. We provide transportation to and from each worksite with paid travel time, and our crews are home every night.
We have crews in these areas:
- Residential and commercial concrete flatwork
- Residential and commercial concrete walls
- Agricultural concrete
- Wood frame buildings
- Steel frame buildings
Job Requirements
- Driver’s license
- 18 years old
- Basic math and counting capabilities
- Capable of safely lifting 50 pounds
Class A CDL is preferred but not required.
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting in the preparation and cleaning of the job site
- Assisting in loading and tracking daily materials
- Assisting in bending, laying, and tying rebar
- Assisting in setting forms, pouring, and finishing concrete
- Assisting in operating large equipment, power tools, and hand tools
- Other duties as may be required

Position Overview
Under the supervision of the General Manager and in partnership with our Sales Team, our Inside Sales Representatives are responsible for ensuring each customer receives the support and service they need. This includes calling the accounts for regular check-ins, coordinating and scheduling visits with customers for orders, questions, product training and/or warranty claims, providing quotes with up-to-date pricing and product information, and generating personal relationships through conversation where the customer knows their best interests are our top priority. Our representative is also responsible for our social and public image, including managing company websites and e-commerce sales, social media pages, print and digital advertising, jobsite photos, tradeshow registrations, etc.
Job Responsibilities
We expect this person to lead with integrity and by example, take initiative, and build a positive, productive workplace aligned
with business goals.
- Create content and maintain company Facebook pages, websites, digital signs, and literature for accuracy and effectiveness.
- Manage and oversee tradeshow bookings, print advertising, and company vehicle decals
- Set up company booths for trade shows on the company’s behalf and attend as needed (no overnight travel required).
- Seek out new marketing opportunities including radio, print and event sponsorship that are within a managed budget
- Manage website Ecommerce for all products
- Generate and send mass emails and postcards
- Gather and maintain jobsite photos and editing of content using company Drone and Cellphone
- Maintain and order Team Business Cards
- Set up decal appointments and designs as needed
- Call accounts to ensure quotes and questions are answered and have been received in a satisfactory manner.
- Answer phone calls, enter orders and complete pick-up orders as needed.
- Gather, maintain, and file necessary customer paperwork and portfolio information.
- Communicate with customers regarding product availability and order fulfillment.
- Attend and record notes for monthly sales team meetings.
- Other Duties as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Energetic, customer service orientated personality who enjoys working in a team setting and conversating with customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, this position includes a lot of phone work and relationship building.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member
- Experience with Microsoft and QuickBooks is preferred, but not required
- Valid Driver’s license with reliable form of transportation
Compensation and Benefits:

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Wood Frame Construction Foreman to lead and support construction projects from start to finish. KSI
foremen supervise on-site crew, manages daily workflows, and enforces safety regulations to ensure projects are complete on time, within budget, and up to code. Acting as the primary link between the field crew and the project estimator and construction manager.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and support construction crews on residential and commercial projects.
- Lead and motivate the crew to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work alongside the crew, train and mentor new crew members.
- Help facilitate effective work huddles before work begins and at the end of the workday.
- Collaborate with management to develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Monitor work progress and quality to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Manage job site materials and communicate needs to the project team.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary to address deviations from the plan.
- Read and interpret plans and maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any changes to the original scope of work.
- Manage the allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Monitor equipment maintenance and repair needs, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Act responsibly and enforce safety regulations and best practices to create a safe working environment.

- Solid math skills for accurate measuring, cutting and layout calculations.
- Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Experience in leading crews.
- Ability to work alongside the crew.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varied weather.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
